HeavenLeaf’s products, including but not limited to Teabacco, are classified under the United States Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTSA) as schedule 0902.40.00 labeled “other black tea”, unless specifically stated otherwise, and follow all federal and international policies, procedures, and guidelines. Any of our customers purchasing and using our products, including government officials such as customs and border protection agents, please take notice of our ingredients and the fact that HeavenLeaf does not fall into the category of a “tobacco product” or a product containing nicotine. Proof from independent laboratory results for the lack of presence of tobacco and nicotine in our Teabacco products may be provided to you upon request.
HeavenLeaf’s products, including but not limited to Teabacco, are not a safer alternative to conventional tobacco. Smoking in general poses many health risks, including but not limited to, respiratory failure, cancer, and reproductive harm.
Please note that the use of Teabacco in any way shape or form, and both with or without natural botanicals, is done at your own voluntary risk. HeavenLeaf is not liable for any consequences, including but not limited to damages of any kind, that may result in the use of Teabacco.
HeavenLeaf Infusion is a product line derived of Teabacco, and contains an infusion of natural botanicals with the main active botanical being the Areca Nut. The Infusion line contains all the same risks as Teabacco, and includes other risks associated with the consumption of Areca Nut. We care about our customers, and want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the products and services of HeavenLeaf. Please contact us at info@heavenleaf.com for issues with your product. Please read the FAQ page for packing & use instructions so that we can ensure the proper packing and usage of all HeavenLeaf products. If, we are unable to meet your needs after contacting us to try and resolve your issues, simply return the product within 30 days of purchase back to our return address for a full refund on the product price. The product must not have been extensively or more than reasonably used in order to qualify for a refund. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Every situation is different and will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Again, we highly suggest contacting us to resolve your issues before we agree on processing a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged from the factory. We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling of the product by anyone other than HeavenLeaf themselves. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping any item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping policy
All HeavenLeaf orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Depending on what flavor you purchase and the quantity, processing times may be greater since we freshly pack every order by hand to ensure you get the highest quality product and the best experience possible.
Once our team has gotten your order ready and packed, you will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. This notification may be through email or text, depending on which method you agreed to and being contacted, and will include a tracking number from the respective shipping method used.

COVID-19 and shipping delays
Due to COVID-19, expect potential delays in shipping. Many of the shipping companies we work with, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, have been experiencing significant shipping delays. These delays are completely out of our control, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about any potential delays. The most accurate and up-to-date information is given by your tracking number on your chosen shipping company’s website.
These are tough times for all of us, so we greatly appreciate your patience.
Domestic Shipping Rates
In order to get the most accurate shipping rates for your specific order, please add your items to your cart, and go all the way to check out. After you input your shipping address in the checkout section, the most accurate rates for your specific address and specific cart shall be given. If you wish to see how adding different items affects your shipping cost, simply add or remove products from your cart, and go to the checkout page again to recalculate the estimate of your shipping. This is the most accurate form of shipping estimation costs.

We do not offer local delivery at this time. Please check with your local smoke shop, hookah lounge, or any other establishment if they offer HeavenLeaf products.

We offer international shipping to most countries. To find out if we can ship our products to your country, either add the items to your cart and enter your information on the checkout page, or please contact us so we can check manually.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HeavenLeaf is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Due to the fact that HeavenLeaf’s products may be considered restricted and/or may have additional fees imposed due to customs and or duties of your respective country, it is your responsibility to research any and all fees and restrictions before ordering any of HeavenLeaf’s products. We do every effort to be able to ship to your country, however, just because we are able to ship to your country does not necessarily mean the shipment will arrive without any damage or additional fees, or even arrive at all.
We have had many instances of shipments being seized by customs and border control of countries outside of the United States, and we cannot control any aspect of what happens to the shipment once it leaves US borders. We sincerely apologize for this, but it is out of our hands and not our responsibility, so you must do your research before ordering if you live in a country or territory outside of the United States.
We are not responsible for any loss and/or damage, nor any additional fees other than your standard shipping charges at checkout that may be imposed on your shipment. Please understand that these damages and/or fees are not controlled by us nor created by us. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please give about one or two days so that the tracking number can be updated by the shipper with the updated information about your package.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We can ship to any PO Box within the United States, however, please check and make sure that our shipment can actually fit in your respective PO Box. We do not know how the Postal Service regulates items that cannot fit in your box, and are not responsible for any damages, loss, or shipment returns.
